ERi is licensed for HVAC in SC and NC, and electrical and plumbing in SC. Servicing Marlboro, Darlington, Chesterfield, and Scotland counties. We offer after-hour on call emergency service by calling 843-479-9219 and talking with a live person answering service, not a machine.

What is a Preferred Customer (PC) Agreement?
A PC Agreement is a maintenance program specifically designed to give you and your family peace of mind. Regularly scheduled maintenance of your heating and cooling system will prolong your system’s life, maximize its efficiency, keep your warranty valid, and save you time and money in the long run. Our PC Agreement means your system will be cleaned and inspected once during the summer cooling season and once during the winter heating season. No matter the make or model of your heating and/or cooling system, your Bryant Dealer will alert you to any problems and correct them before it’s too late.
Dirty fan blower wheels and clogged evaporator coils are the #1 cause of costly repairs and premature compressor failure.
Regular filter changes are helpful, but will not prevent this problem. Regularly scheduled cleanings add life & efficiency to your system.
