| Vance M. Edwards, Jr: Vance graduated Florence-Darlington Technical College in 1978. Vance, better known as Van, is founder and President of ERi. He has been a volunteer fireman for almost 33years with the Bennettsville Fire Department. A member of Who's Who, The Partners In Development Team with Bryant Heating & Cooling Systems, and has served as Chairman, Vice President, and Past President of The SC Association of Heating and Air Conditioning Contractors (SCAHACC).

Lynda B. Edwards: Wife and mother foremost, Lynda is Vice President of ERi. Listed as an Honored Professional in the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. Lynda is also a proud supporter of The Cystic Fibrosis Mother's Day Tea performed annually through ERi.

| Vance M. Edwards, III (Trey): Trey graduated Marlboro County High School in May 2001. He has graduated with an Associated Degree from Florence-Darlington Technical College in HVAC. Trey joined Van and Lynda in the business full time. Like his father, Trey is also a volunteer fireman and has completed the OSHA Firefighters Training at the SC Fire Academy in Columbia, SC.

| Mack Hartis: Mack has been with ERi since October 1987. Mack does all of our sheet metal fabrications, parts stocking, and ordering. ERi could not do without him. Always comes in to work singing and brightens everyone else’s day.
